iImport opens a project file (.json), or reads tasks from a .csv, a GanttProject file (.gan) or a Microsoft Project XML file (.xml). In Microsoft Project, choose File > Save As > XML Format first: .mpp files can't be read directly. Summary tasks become groups, and only finish-to-start links come across.
📋 TemplatesiLoad a preset example project (replaces the current one).
iCustom templates store groups, categories, resources and tasks. Synced to your account when signed in.

Task details
iThe group is the row this item sits in on the timeline.
iThe category sets the item's colour and its entry in the legend, for example the kind of work.
iOptional. This item never starts before this date - not when its predecessors finish earlier, and not when you drag it. It can still start later. Leave it empty for no limit.
iOn: this item starts the working day after its predecessors finish, and moves when they do. Off: it keeps its own start date.iMarks the dates as an estimate: a lighter bar with a dashed outline. Jira tasks with no due date get it automatically.

Anyone with this link can view this timeline — read only, for everyone who opens it, Pro or not. They do not need an account. To let someone edit, invite them by email instead.
The new owner must have signed in at least once. They get to rename, delete and share it; you stay on the project as a member.
Everyone in your team then sees it in their Team Project View, read only. To let someone edit it, invite them above.
People you invite can open this project and see its version history. Editing it
needs a Pro plan of their own — on the free tier a shared project is view only.
Only you can rename or delete it.
